WOTS is thePCdoctor’s unique Work Order Tracking System. With this system, I retain all information regarding your service and everything that was ever done to your PC since we started together.

What does this do for you, you ask? You can actually look at your account anytime and anywhere all for free! That’s right, for free. You must Register for an account first, then you can Login to your account at thePCdoctor Website.

 

In today’s world, we don’t want to deal with a lot of paper, we have enough already what with all the flyers, newspapers, bills and all the other ancillary documents we deal with. The last thing anyone wants is a bunch of paper from their computer guy.

 

So, I decided to do it all on line. You can view your account details, download the information and save it on your computer or even just print it on-line.

 

I also have a Trouble Ticket feature where you can add or edit a Trouble Ticket. Very Cool...

 

For you, the process is real simple. All you need to do is follow these steps

 

• First, click on the Register Button at the bottom of any page. Fill in the Registration Form,
• Once you’ve registered, my system will send you a confirmation email, to which you simply click on to confirm your registration and to activate your account,
• Once validated and registered, you simply Login and access your account.

 

Can you change your account information? Yes somewhat. You can change your Login ID, Password, your Personal Data (address, phone etc) and your email contact information.

 

In order to be aware of the information maintained in WOTS, you should read my Privacy Policy to be fully informed and comfortable with the type of information stored, as well as where, when or if it will be used.
